The processing of such data is based on CBP’s legitimate interests and on the fulfilment of contractual or pre-contractual obligations.

Call recordings and transcriptions are stored in a secure, encrypted environment for a maximum period of 24 months, after which they are automatically deleted, unless retention is required for the defence of legal rights or compliance with legal obligations.

Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
